your own pace with recorded sessions.
8-10 classes p/month on zoom
We're flexible! You can come to one or all classes.
You can cancel anytime online and if you miss classes, you can catch up with the recordings.
Tuesdays 6.45pm - 7.45pm GMT
Thursdays 3pm - 4pm GMT
Plus access to free club sessions with myself/other teachers
Caroline emails you before each class, so you’ll know what’s happening.
Embark on a rejuvenating journey in our classes, where we start by warming the body through gentle stretches accompanied by relaxed breathing, fostering flexibility and boosting energy. Next, experience meditative flows designed to circulate healing energy throughout your being. Finally, wind down with a brief, serene seated meditation, leaving you refreshed and centered.
